BIG MOVE FORWARD BY IRAQ GOVERNMENT: But it doesn't seem to matter to those who've been screaming for progress. Make no mistake: The positive moves over the weekend are a strong indication that Iraqis are taking over more of the responsibilities. How do we know it's progress? By the stepped-up terrorist attacks on Sunday (and by the way DC critics give the story a gloss-over before going back to attacks on Bush). Every time there's something good happening, the thugs sense they're losing control and try to wear down the resolve of the Coalition partners... and especially the American people... by increasing mayhem.
