MSNBC dumps Imus, CBS may be next )for his radio show). So what will Sharpton & Jackson want next? Big fines? Public execution. As I've noted many times this week, I don't condone the kind of thing Imus does when he goes to Junior High Humor mode. But the way this story has morphed from stupid :10 sec on-air comment into a national menace worthy of a War-on-Words is bizarre.
