President Obama will address the nation's school children via video next week... the first time a US Prez has done such a thing. There's a reason: Education should be a LOCAL issue. What's he trying to do? Can parents opt out when it comes to their kids receiving "the Message". Here's what education czars are suggesting teachers do to help kids get the most from the speech:
