THE SYSTEM ISN'T WORKING

Registering sex offenders is one thing. Keep track and doing something to keep crimnals from hurting (and sometimes killing) again is quite another. The more we learn about the alleged murderer/rapist in the Chelsea King case, the more disgusting it gets. California has over 60,000 registered sex offenders. Thousands more across the USA... including over 100,000 "registered" that authorities say they've lost track of... talk about a "broken" system.
