CUNNINGHAM SCANDAL HITS THE FAN

Rep. Duke Cunningham's admission that he accepted $2.4 million in bribes is (even in its refreshing frankness --- we're not used to politicians coming "clean" in this way). I feel disappointed, outraged, frustrated, betrayed. But I pray that God will protect him and his family as their entire world has been turned upside down. By choice, yes. Stupid moves, yes. But also human behavior ... which should serve has a warning to all of us. Democrats in Congress will use this as a way to portray all Republicans as corrupt... which, of course, is baloney.
