TAX THE RICH?

So says another knuckleheaded poll:http://signonsandiego.com/news/2009/nov/17/ap-poll-tax-the-rich-to-pay-for-health-bill/ Hey, you could take ALL the money from the richest Americans (well, not Constitutionally) and still now make a dent in the spending/red ink from the Obama "stimulus".
