HERE WE GO AGAIN

Another missing teen, Amber Dubois, is found dead after 13 months. This is the second such case in the past several days here in San Diego. The questions remain: Is Chelsea King's murderer the suspect in the Debois case, too? Did he provide the "tip" that led authories to Amber's remains? Is the real killer still on the streets? The bigger question is this: What now? We have "registries" and "systems" and grandstanding politicians and media people... and yet offenders keep falling through the cracks, ready to kill again.
