HERE WE GO AGAIN

The hearings begin today and Judge Sam Alito is on the griddle this time. Democrats suggest they won't attempt to filibuster, but they'll certainly go back to their usual playbook. Watch for "leaders" like Ted Kennedy to claim (straight faced and everything) that he doesn't want any sort of "litmus test" on this nominee... just someone who isn't "pro-life", someone who wouldn't limit a "woman's right to choose".
