The big question is: Are they full of bluster or does all of this signal a new summer Homeland attack by a re-inspired Al Qaeda? One thing's certain: Boneheads in Congress who are setting withdrawal dates and whining about how the war is going are sending a loud and clear message to Osama & Company: Go ahead, give it a shot. We're weak. Lord help us.. and help politicians think more about the reality of the continuing war on terrorism instead of trying any dangerous angle to increase their own power.
