DELAY ISN'T DELAYING HIS DECISION

TIME magazine says he's throwing in the towel. Now Democrats will sense more blood in the water and harp (more loudly) about "culture of corruption". And expect heavier out of town left-wing money in the 50th Congressional district race (to replace Duke Cunningham). Seizing on such situations and spreading misinformation is all the DNC can do, since they're devoid of actual ideas.
